Are they all on a sandbar or are they anchored and floating?
I have never been there, where is it?

All on anchor. That is downtown Chattanooga's waterfront. The river is the TN River which runs thru downtown Chatt. If you are feeling frisky you can boat on down to the Gulf of Mexico :D

LOL! Well..... The Otter had a little "incident" with the digi camera. Left it in a "safe" place under the sink console. Well.... that console also houses a cooler and ..... you know how humid and hit it gets in the Southease. Freakin condensation dripped all over the camera, completely soaking it :notam: I'm such a tard. So no pics yet but real soon. :D
