Needles Park Marina Launching [Archive]

How is needles park marina right now for launching a 25'. I hear it can be shallow.

Its pretty iffy in the morning. Better in the afternoons.
I'd launch at Jack Smith or Park Moabi instead.

You should be OK but they will limit how many outside people launch this weekend as I'm sure the park is full so that wont leave much room for any one else. If you want to launch from there you better be there no later than 8am every day.

Jack Smith is just down the road from needles on the other side of the golf course. They just built a nice new ramp.

I launched there a few weeks ago and it was fine you shouldn't have any problems.There were some pretty big boats launching when I was there. Theres one side of the ramp that has a pretty good drop off but I can't remember which side. Hustler might know which side I'm talking about :confused:
