Anyone ever convert/re-rig a boat from single I/O to twin outboards? Curious on Mounting (B-Bracket etc) and changing over electronics, steering, and whatever else. considering doing a conversion on a v-hull.

Thats a lot of work almost better to buy a hull set up for o/b's
im not saying it cant be done its just alot of work
you need to weigh the cost of getting the work done by someone or doing it your self plus the time it will take to do it versus just buying a hull set up for o/b's
but thats just my .02

If I were to do this, I would probally go with an Armstrong bracket.
