I need to have my calcium ring cleaned around my pool and spa. Any suggestions on how best to do this and what company in Phoenix I should use?
Thanks

Bead blast it. That is the best method to get rid of the bathtub ring. You can use chemicals as a quickie fix, but if you want the best results, bead blast it. You will have to find a company that does it, though. I've never used one (yet) but will have to after this summer season as the water in QC is VERY hard water.
Open up the phone book and start calling... :)

My brother has a pool service in Mesa ( I don't know if that is close to you ).

John, Hands down this guy is the best. He has done our place twice in 12 years. I just called him and when he asked my name he told me where I lived and that I was into boating _ jeez! He boats as well.
Eric Lundberg "The Tile Cleaner" Uses only a special bead that will not hurt the tile. 602-375-0800. Husband wife team and very detailed.

Once you do that.....have them or someone else install a Mpulse 3000. The calcium will never come back. Installed one in Palm Springs over a year ago and still no calcium. Water was so bad they had calcium less than six months after the pool was built.
Just put one on my new pool in OC just to be safe. The company is in Phoenix I believe.

electric impulse that keeps the calcium in suspension and back to the filter rather than resting on your tile.
The technology was developed in Austrailia for drinking water and a guy over hear thought it would be good for pools and so far he seems to be right.
Small unit that plumbs right in. Google Deep Blue Water Technologies I believe.

Well, hopefully I will have the stereo finished this weekend. Maybe going out for a mid-week local test run with the recent service and stereo upgrade. Then going to Mead the following weekend.

About as much as a JL 500/1.
I dunno yet, as he hasn't returned my calls and I want him to come out and scrubby scrubbadub on the calcium line. $3 to $3.50 a foot ish is the going rate from neighbors.
I'll let you know after he calls back.

Probably knows it is too far out there to make any money unless you pay a fuel surcharge. :crossx:
