Greasing Cables....

Anyone know any good tricks for greasing steering and throttle cables? I can't seem to get any lube in the hole.... easy with the comments.

I started a thread a few weeks back about my boat being hard to steer. Somebody responded with the idea of putting some hose around the cable and pouring oil in the hose. Do a search on hard steering and you should find it.
