make a 502 a 500hp

Ok i have a 502 i am pulling out of my boat being replaced with my new 540. The motor runs perfect but i have had no luck selling it as a comp ready to drop in 502. I have a set of 500hp heads, intake, and cam. What else needs to be changed to make this a 500hp? I figure maybe someone will want it as a 500hp instead of just a 502. Any thoughts? Is the work worth it? What is a used but really good shape 500hp carb motor worth with all accessories ready to drop in.

If it were me, I don't think I'd sell it as an HP500. I'd freshen up your 502 with rings and bearings (if you haven't allready) and just wait another month or two. When I sold my 496ho, I didn't get a bite between november and april. then suddenly, at the end of april, I was flooded with people wanting the motor and was able to sell it for my asking price. What makes the Hp heads different from 502's square ports, I know cam and some other things are different.
