we were at the little bar in BIG River one night and i guess all the indians leave Arizona around that time and come to California for that last hour of drinks

That's only during non-daylight savings time, now
AZ bar hours changed last year. AZ bars are now open until 2:30 AM. (No alcohol served after 2:00)
