Do y'all have any idea what that is like?!?!?!?!?! I was watching the Weather Channel this morning and it said Nooga 94% Humidity!

Yes I do, I live in Michigan and it gets miserable here also.

I was in Florida last month for a week and every day the humidity was at least 90%. No way I could handle living someplace with humidity like that. I'll stick with our dry heat out here. Today mid 90's and probably about 20-30% humidity. :cool:

I am suppost to go down to my condos tomorrow BUT since Hurricane Freakin Dennis seems to have drawn a bead on them I won't be going!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

Yea I know what it's like. try 100%. From may to sept. it runs 90-100% here.

its 39% here and im feeling kinda moisty already... :rollside:
last month in Florida it was soo humid , when you breathed in you nose got misty.........almost :rolleyes:

I was in Palm Beach last August...ugh. When you went into the water, you could NOT feel it....same temp as the air.... When you came out, you were never dry w/the humidity...!! I'll keep my desert, thanks... :hammer2:

I was in Lincoln Nebraska last week...97 degrees with 90%+ humidity. I was not happy.

One advantage of living in the desert for us :supp: it is a DRY HEAT

Ok ....on all those acres of beautiful....gang free land......my buildings are all kept at 62 degrees....powered by cheap power by the southern company...lol

Thats one thing I do not miss about living in the Midwest. Although its going to be like 500 degrees out here today. lol :messedup:

Well, I lived in Michigan for 9years.. and that was pretty sticky in the summer... (had fans but no AC) But the most humid place I have lived was in what used to be called Rangoon, Burma.. where you are wet all day long.. and when it rains it rains hot water! YIKES..
So here at Lake Powell is fine by me.. 85 right now and 13% humidity. We should reach 95+ this afternoon!(degrees that is) :D

oh this brings back a near death exp. July in OHIO, Bring a knife with you to cut the air so you can breath, I ran from a/c to a/c to breath, it was awful
98deg and 90% hum, holly CRAP!!!!!!!!!!, the people there looked at me like a idiot when I said I want to go home to 120* Havasu where it's cool.
I rented a new 0mi Hundai it died at 23 mi after both the car and saw our first dear and proceeded to hit our first dear.
BAD Trip.

What part of Michigan? My parents summer home was in Sister Lakes, on Round lake.
Lived in Davison Mi.. East of Flint and near Lapeer.
Made many trips up north to Cheboygen (sp) and had a cottage on Long Lake up there..

Plus, the creepy bugs…the humidity must make them mutate 10 fold! :eat:

Here you have the humidity and high land prices.
But I'll take the humidity, I can't stand that "DRY HEAT" :smile:

The only time to go to Disney World is October to March. Much cooler which make the humitidy not so bad.
