What up all, just another f'd up Winter day here...Anyone know where to get a complete spec sheet for the Merc 502? Looking for everything top to bottom. Thanks for your help, see yall when the weather warms!!

Try www.gm.com/automotive/gmpowertrain (http://www.gm.com/automotive/gmpowertrain) best info on gm based engines with pictures too. May not have 502 on there as it has been discontinued. But a good site none the less. Hope this helps.

...thanks splasher, I will check it out. If there is no 502 info it would be ok to use the HP500 info as it is the same 502 platform..

Rascal, Work for local government. Only wish I could land a job with a boat company. Now wouldn't that be the job. Happy boating.

If you're talking about merc's claims as to bore/bearings, cam specs etc. - The merc "service manual" has these, and I own one. It isn't exactly as specific as I had hoped, but it is a start. If you are looking for a specific spec. let me know
