Anyone know where I can find some 1/4" diameter, black plastic window/door panel/interior retainers? I took a hit off a huge wake at full speed a few weeks ago, and when she came back into the water ... BAM ... broke the head off most of the retainers and the front windows were flapping around. Had to just putt around the rest of the day for fear of having a window fly off. The retainers are just standard auto interior retainers, but I can't find any in black. Only white ones. They'll at least keep me boating, but look like crap on dark tinted plexiglass.
Also, I may put some thru-bolts in the corners, but I'm wondering if I should use nylon locknuts so I can leave them a little loose so the plexiglass can move with the hull and not crack. Good idea or not needed?
Thanks much!

Should be able to find them at a plastic place that sells plexiglass/lexan. Use a oring between the mount/plexi to cut down on the vibration and jarring to keep it intact.
Might also check with a motorcycle shop, some use similar mounts for them.
