Aluminum wedges w/O-rings

Does anyone make aluminum wedges that are O-ringed or could be O-ringed? I hate these plastic/nylon wedges and just figured there had to be something better.

Heck, I have a machinist friend that I could get to make I guess. I hadn't really thought about that because I figured they would be easy to find. A question for all you machinists out there, what material should I have him make them out of?

I have found that the cheapest way to go is to start with 8" dia X 3/4" wall 6061 tube. Then you are only paying for the material you need. I will post a print if you need one

I was thinking the same thing. I blew out a gasket with the aluminum wedge. I have no problems with HTP wedges.
