When the Havi house was being built last year we used Spikes. Had a 40 footer for 125 a month. I think the location is the best because it's right off the 40. Going to to either Mojave or Havasu it's just a quick non out of the way stop to get your rig.

River Toys is prob. the best out there... they pull your boat out, they put it away, and its affordable... RIGHT off the fwy too!

Oasis boat storage, you get your own unit, that way you can store all your boating needs in there, plus they are open 24/7 with and access code for the gate. They are building 2 launch ramps plus, they have nice bathrooms, showers and so forth, you can even wash your boat on the premisis. They have security up the butt too not to mention. they know when you are picking your nose......40ft deep unit cost me about 140/month....check it out
