We would need to know who your ISP is. Or you could always call their tech support! :hammerhea

Actually I believe Verizon is incoming.verizon.net and outgoing.verizon.net.
You should be able to get the info from their website. Try here (http://netservices.verizon.net/portal/site/msa/index.jsp?nv=F-i-1&epi_menuItemID=c567d167631f692124525d7253295c48&problem=1087&mTitle=E-Mail&mCategory=email_dsl_dial)

If you are using Outlook 2003 it does retrieve HTTP mail like MSN and Yahoo. i use it to get my Hotmail(MSN). You need the server URL though. Maybe you can forward the Yahoo mail to Verizon, just a thought, don't know if they would do it.

If Verizon in Cali is your provider then
Pop3 incoming.verizon.net
smtp outgoing.verizon.net

They probably changed that to help people make sense of email. pop and smtp work too, I'm a Verizon customer and, although I don't use their email servers, I have recently used them when my site was down and I'm pretty sure I used pop and smtp.
You are probably right. I used to have Verizon at my old house. Now it is the wonderful SBC. :hammerhea
