I am not the most creative person, so I'm asking if anyone can post pics of their distributor caps. I have a big block ford and an MSD pro billet cap and I want to make it look cool, and try to make the wires run the same direction in a combed look.

Can't be done with a conventional dist. cap. You would need to re-engineer the engine firing order. Several years ago I saw a dist. cap offered that is internally wired to get the plug wires into that "combed" look you want. I have no idea if its still available.

That other carb will be done next week once I get the new shop set-up.
Are you going out Labor Day? "G-String_Jaime" and I will be at Big River or possibly Parker (Foxes). Keep me posted.

I got the 6A wired up lastnight, today I pulled it out of the garage and washed it up and tonight it goes in for the dist to be modified (springs and what not) then dropped in, I will have an answer tonight on the "if its running or not" question, keep your fingers crossed for me though. About going out labor day weekend, that is the weekend of my BIG 25 birthday, so you are damn right I'm going out :D !!! And 565, I have the big cap, its the MSD pro billet pn 8580 I think, whichever one is the mechanical advance one that fits ford big blocks.
