I hit 121* on my rearview mirror guage yesterday on our way back.....it was damn hot!

I just got back to the house and it is only 9:15 and the temp was allready 106

Hey I remember going to Havasu and going for a long drive on the water to a big open area, where the water temp changed with in a few feet. Does anyone know where this is and if its still that way?

Leaving yesterday, I brought the jeep home...it was 121 at 2pm in Parker, out past blythe, it was around 125...that is when the jeep started to get hot so I turned off the ac and folded the windows down....drove that way all the way to Pasadena before turning the ac on....Boy, I could wait to get to Banning/Beaumont and start to see the temps drop...it was a pretty hot ride back...

We were there....I did not even put a boat in...it was too friggen hot...Just hung out on the dock on Saturday and drank....jumped in the water about 15 minutes..
