86 db Help!

Any body have any homemade mufflers that hit 86 db at idle and wideopen on take off. The nuts are cracking down again on us. Need some ideas that will work on a blown application

My boat passsed the 86DB test @ 50ft at idle or mild take off but not at wide open take off. Zoomies w/mufflers. :crossx: :crossx:
