Who lives in Landcaster?

I've got a client who owns 5.13 acres of vacant residential land up there that's about 1 mile north of the lancaster high school. What do you think it's value is? I'm looking up comps but there all out in BFE. Can anyone help me out? Is that market real hot right now?

How much is a average house around there? It looks to me a 3 bed 2 bath 1 story 7000 sq ft. lot home goes for 325-350k. What do you think?
