Mooring partnerships at 2 Harbors/the Ismus. Is their such a thing?

Do people ever get together and split the cost of ownership on moorings at 2 Harbors?
If so, where's the best place to make a connection and a hook up for this?

Maybe there is a bulletin board at the marina. Also check the freebie sailing newspapers. There are always ads in there. They give em away at marine supply stores. I think one of them is called "the Log?" or Santana???
