Saw this on another board...
When I lived in Miami ....a long time ago.....my friends and I used to go to the Miami Marine Stadium a couple of times a week to waterski....
There were Hydroplane races there and all kinds of cool events to go to on weekends ....
Apparently It got damaged during Hurricane Andrew...and has been left abandoned for the past 15 years.....lots of very fond memories there
The lake scenes from the movie Caddyshack were filmed there.....what on Earth was the City of Miami thinking..... :mad:
