Does placement matter? Limited space due to shape of this crappy mopar.

I prefer them towards the front because most of the time the oil is forced to the back and you'll have less chance of blowing oil all over the place!..

Art, why is it that some circle racers don't run puke tanks?..seems a shame to have to wipe down the rear of the boat every time.----Steve

if you put them there will you melt the hose on the header? Will they fit up higher on the angled part of the cover?

The top side is to narrow and the headers wrap pretty close compared to the Bassetts or Rewarders. Here are some more pics.

Straight line its close. I'm hoping with the kick out of the weld-in tube that it will divert it enough to clear out of the way. If not I will just tie it down some way.

Where the vac goes into the headers is at a 45 degree. So that will make the tube go towards the blower and S around the headers maybe you can run a 30 degree in the end that goes into the valve cover to make the tube angle toward the blower. Then you can make a bracket off one of the black studs that hold on the blower to hold the tube.

I think if Brian was a nice guy, he'd mill up some breathers with a 45 degree mounting flange for ya. :) That would put 'em on there in a nice upright position and away from the headers. Looking good Mike.

Nah. I just came in from adjusting the valves. Tomorrow night I will drill the holes. Had K-Flat Jr wrenching on the old motor so it can come out. I was working on the tractor again.
