Good luck from what I understand most of the good rentals fill up pretty far in advance. I think I'd try to hit up Branson's or something?

We have a vacation house in Parker and WE can't even get in. Going back to Cali for Memorial day.

So much for people staying away because of gas prices. Seems all the rentals went wayyyyy early. Amazing, since I was there Easter week and it was like a ghost town.
Might check with some of the realtors - or check their web sites. Some, like RGR, handle some rentals.
