The ones I gave away at the regatta are Dolphine brand I think. They're about $300. They come with two batteries, charger carying case and some parts. I bought a couple for my kids. They work pretty good.

My buddy had two gas powered models (with the snorke) on the north end of the chanel on Saturday. I cruised it around a little and though I had to have one until he told me he paid $700.00 apiece. I think he got hosed. Those are made in Prescott, AZ

The Seascotter is made by Sea Doo . The supercharged models goes 3 mph. It is a blast, It goes 100 feet underwater.

I guess another drawback of the gas powered is you have to ride it just below the surface. You cannot swim underwater with it
