I would just like to say hello to everyone. I have been coming to this sight for over a year now but have just never registered. The Sand Bar Forum is great. I just wish my summer lasted as long as most of yours, it looks like most of you are great friends & have lots of fun together. We try to get to the lake as much as possible but the weather only gives us about 2 good months a year.

Yes, Wyoming does have some really pretty views and lakes as well but it's only summer a couple months out of the year. But hunting & snowmobiling help pass the time.

Welcome, you might want to contact "Snowboat" here on this forum. He lives in Wyoming somewhere and has several ***boats. In fact I think he has one for each member of his family....He usually makes it down to the Colorado river a couple of times a year for the Vdrive deals. Check him out.........MP

Welcome Wyoming. There will be a tremendous loss this year at the daddy of them all, no Chris Ledoux :frown: Cant beat the trout fishing or chuckar hunting in that state. So how far are you from the powder river?

Where do you boat?
I'll be headed back that way August 7th and hope to hit Glendo if I get the time. I miss that place.

I live in Rawlins the southern part right off of I-80. Semino is only about 40 minutes from my house so that's where we go most of the time. Alcova is also less than 100 miles from my house so I'll hit it on occation. We got a lot of snow this last winter so most of the lakes have filled back up, it's really nice having some water again. Not to mention the snowmobiling was good.
