Well, if you have been following the boards lately you have probably seen that the Parker 300 endurance race is coming back this year in Parker. :rollside: The event should be HUGE. Jackpunx, Knucklehead, and myself are going to be running it this year. We know that we can be extremely competitive and will run really hard. We need to get some support from our boating community. :idea:
We are going to have shirts, signs and stickers printed up by our own H2Oski2fast. This is your opportunity to have your name, company name, family or friendÂ’s name (this is actually a great B day present) printed on the Shirts and also placed on the Boat. :idea:
These shirts will be sold in our booth by extremely attractive women. This will ensure that the name of all of our Sponsors gets to the public. :supp:
We would also consider full sponsorship in the form of “your company name here Racing” or “Team your company name here” which ever we all decide on. :wink:
Also our gracious host has offered his house for an after party in the keys with free boat parking.. I will save his anonymity but his name sounds like Diver Rave. :D
On a serious note.. We appreciate all your help and this should be a fun event. At minimum We look forward to seeing all of you in the pits.. :cool:

It is a marathon race.. its 300 miles.. its just a boat race with a lot of nostalgia attached to it.. they used to have it back in the day.. all the big racers that now produce our high performance products were the drivers..
Well with a lot of hard work.. some of the guys over on www.boatracingfacts.com have been able to pull the permits and do it again.

This is an endurance boat race. It runs for 6 hours and is in Parker Arizona.

We are going to be running a 20' Stocker in the Mod VP Outboard class. Boat has a 2.5 on it and we are going to do some "tweeking" before the race. Good running and fast boat.

1) Nope. Smallest boat allowed to run is a 14' boat so Bubbles is out. :(
2) Race boat and racer's personal boat, but I lease out Key's dock across the street so we can have him move his shiznit so we can park more boats there. ;)

How is refueling handled at one of these events? I'm assuming that you're going to need to refuel for a 300 mile race?!?!
They have setup mandatory pit stops with driver changes every 2 hours. The boats need to be pulled out of the water and fueled. We will be fueling at every pit stop.

THE BWRC 300 ENDURO SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 7 & 8 2005 IS NOW OFFICIALLY A RACE!

The BWRC 300 Enduro is modeled after the original Parker Enduro where people came and raced what they had. There will be no capsule boats, F1 Tunnel boats, etc.
There will be $10,000 in prize money offered by the Bluewater (it is contingent upon selling out our 100 room block/night at the resort so MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS TODAY! (Remember minimum 2 night stay)

Riverratlife.com is going to sweeten the pot for potential sponsors . For every $75 offered in sponsorship, RRL will also run one month of advertising on the RRL message forums. IE. $250 sponsorship gets everything we have outlined, PLUS 3 months of banner advertisment on RRL!

We just purchased a brand new lower unit (sportmaster) for the race, we are pulling all the interior out and installing a fiberglass race bucket and some motor mods for bigger compression :slomo:
