Nice fab work. Looks like the fab work matches all the factory cage radiuses. I'd be happy with that! :mix:

didnt really want a complete cage, price would be double, also the stock one looks ok to me,so this one looks stock!,,black powder coating next week,I will put up more pics when its re-installed.The guy that did the work is Extreme Fabrication in escondido, north san diego,he has done big show trucks and rock crawling stuff. Now he has his 1st two long travel chassis done,I was drooling, somedayyyyyyyyyyyy

I recently did the same thing with a VW Thing. CA smog exempt and street legal. Took a bit of doing but it's caged bumper to bumper with that same 36" wide bench in the back for the kids. Those fabricator guys are artists. I can't believe where they can bend that tube to make it all work out... Sure like the outcome though.

Looks like from the pic with the tailgate down they either built a seat subframe or some L angle brackets to bolt it down to the floor... The seats come with steel tabs..

Nice 'lil cage work... clean and super simple.
Something like that would be a one day job for me, you bring it in the morning... and I have it to you that evening.
Nice to see that you got something done... and so quickly! :)

36 inch wide, they can make it any width, thats about as wide as it will go.Seat was 340$ ish.Its has a small frame under it to lift it above the wheel wells, the seat tabs were hitting the wells by a inch maybe,a narrower seat might drop between the wells, but then the seat would be small,my 2 boys fit perfect, they are 5 and 8 yrs old.The fab on that seat frame took awhile, figuring how to bolt the seat then looking under the bed at where to bolt it through was time consuming, the cage was simple. Also it does steer different, but i was on the street,we wont be going fast with the kiddos anyways.

Spamola-radio mount.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Check out this billet radio mount/bezel in a Rhino. Holds radio tight because it has brackets that bolt into the side of the unit (you don't use that slide in piece of crap). Has a snap in (o-ring) sealed lexan cover. This is a SOLID mount, not just a fancy cover that rattles apart. These bolt in through the front and are anodized black.
They are the same as my boat units but are drilled through the front for through bolts (SS alans) rather than tapped from the back for studs. Had a problem with mil drilling too far on about 20 so salvaged by drilling out and countersinking for bolts. I sell to off-road guys (jeeps, etc.) use and have a few friends that have put them in the Rhino. (plus who needs all those warnings staring at them).
$75 plus shipping, only have 20. PM me.

That's a great looking Mount Franky!! :) Looks nice in that Rhino for sure! Is the glove box an option on the rhino?

Don't know about the glove box. If you noticed, you will see that slip in "don't need it" radio sleeve that is replaced by my SS brackets. The tard (my buddy) that installed this did not look in the box and see the brackets that came with the kit and filed out the bezel to make that sleeve fit. OOPS!
