I'm looking at a 1978 18' Nordic with a 454 chevy and berkley 12jg pump. how much potental do's this boat have is it worth messing with for speed?

454 chevy oval port heads with bigger valves. Larger cam, 850 holly. Berkley 12jg pump.. The boat needs new seats. Gel is a 8 out of 10.. $4000.00

We made it from the launch to the dam. Then padled back to the launch. So I'm glad I didn't have you come out for a shitty run. Once It is ready to go I will be getting together with you and who ever else is close..
