looking for a day cruiser?

my brother has finnaly steped up and is looking to by a boat for his family, he looking for a day cruiser, "around 21 ft"with a chevy or ford, no olds.he says he has around 6000 to spend he lives in modesto,will travel a little bit to look at the right boat, i live in concord so if anyone has a good deal that runs and is turn key let me know.

i needs a new cover some screws here and there, my bro offered him 4700 but he wouldnt take it ,i still think thats a little high, i would pay around 4500.he wont do any dealing,i think he really dosent want to sell it thats why its a little over priced.
