I have a bbf and when it is at idea it has 60 psi at 3000 rpm it has 50 psi and it down more at more rpm. It a new engine & mechanical gauge.
Any ideas Thank you
I have a Al impreller b cut and bowl gasket je pump I take $150 and I pay shipping I have pictures just can't put them up ????????

60 psi @ idle and 50 psi @ 3000 is very acceptable, how low does it go @ WOT?

too much oil? no baffles in pan? wrong type of pan?

I don't know how much clearance between the pan to pump and the pan has been cut and made little bigger only on the small end to hold couple more qts but has no tray except what over the pick up. With the cooler i put in about 8 qts 20-50w.I don't know how low it go i haven't been over 4000 rpm.

drive it. my 460 have 80 cold at idle, warm at idle 30-40 warm wot 50-65. run it and see what you have at 4000rpm. im guessing pan to pick up clearence........
