Do you still have that Air-Research turbo off a TIO-540???
You ever think about slapping the bad boy on a boat?? I was thinking a large single turbo might work well on a cruiser type boat and be more simple than running a dual turbo set-up.
I was bored at work today and had this brain drizzle. There's probably no way in hell I would even attempt something like this, but it's fun to think about. :D

I think I sold it when I was broke. I will look tomorrow. I remember selling a few other things. Slick mag, misc doo dads. LOL

One of everything is alot less to worry about than two of everything.
The turbo we're talking about is focking huge though, alot of inertia involved, I don't know how responsive it would be. But once you got it spun up... hang on.... :D

Twins plumb so nicely in a boat, i cant imagine a single being easier.
Would be neat to see done though

Check out ebay item #7989427901 at e-bay might be right up your ally. Gale banks twin turbo set up with accessories for a boat. :cool:
