The boat on top is a good friend of mine. They talked him into running the river racer class up in oregon. That boat is a friggen tank. Also the guy running the tree got very wet. Here is a video of it.

Oh and if you saw the engine kill you would laugh your ass off. The ran a string through the mounts for the top and over the blower hat and attached it to the coil wire.....and it passed!!

At one time he was talking about taking the boat to so-cal and have the Bennet/McClure touch added to it. I haven't talked to him since he was in Hot Boat a couple of months ago....."You Got Tail" was the write up.

that's why I hated bracket racing. How would you like to be sitting on the rope next to that dude? You'ed be friggen soaked.

That pass was awesome , he came down to the CDBA summer clash with Rick and took the plunge. This year he showed up with a blown alki hydro they just finished putting together. As for the pwc's my hats off to them , those guys get to run pwc class, but more important spend their weekend working with safety and rescue as towboats for our club. They work very hard and make our events successful !!! Jim DeBoard CDBA #439 Howler

In Phoenix with 110 degrees I'm betting it's almost appreciated. That is a fun lil clip.

If you paid the IHBA's entry fees and spent the coin to go out there and race it would really suck to have your MSD box, injector hat and every thing else get hosed down right before your run.
I do agree the vid clip looked cool. I'm just glad I wasn't next to him is all.

Sweet vid. That tail is better than 100 yards. More like 200.
I drag raced a Sea-Doo once, top of the line in '90, and then hot-rodded out. He holeshot my Taylor but once we were atop the water, we thundered on by, without the nitrous and in her bone-stock trim Indmar 330HP 454/Berk "F"/Aluminum "A". One guy on it and 3 in my boat.

kinda like the jr dragster class. mostly kids running these things, and if you're out on the rope, some of these young guys are pretty impressive in how well they cut lights, considering they don't start the things until the clock is counting.
in fact, notice how the kid is kickin' the older guy's a...? :2purples:
