Is there a big deferent's between the Berkeley and the Aggressor Droop Snoots. There looks to be a big dif in price.

The Berkeley is double drilled (Aggressor is not) Berkeley is hard coated in side (Aggressor is not)Berkeley has a horizontal divider (Aggressor has a vertical divider).
Buy a American Turbine if you want to save on cost and have a good pice.Someone said Eddie Marine had them on blow out rite now.And buy the way AT droop are not double drilled and the divider is vertical.

i'll just tell ya what i know for a fact, my buddy has a 19' daytona eliminator he bought a straight snoot from AT the casting on it looked like it fell off a truck then he bought their adjustable trim same thing looked like hell!! sent it all back and bought a berkeley and a place diverter.

I think the Berk droop is where its at also but this guy seamed intrested in price.I just wanted to stear him clear of the break away Aggressor( the winner of fed up castings).

So no on the Aggresser ,then I will get a Berkely or a American Turbine.
Whats Vertical and horizontal is this the divider mount. I have a Place Divider does this make a deferents in what I want to but.

They have a fin in the middle that strightens out the water going through them (some racers cut them out) say it hurts flow.
AmericanTurbine ,Aggressor,Berkeley,and Place Diverter make a droop that will fit the Place diverter.
Aggressor make a short droop also it does not have the spliter fin inside.I think Place Diverter does not have the spliter fin either.
HTP also sells a new cast Snoot that will fit you place diverter.If it is going on a CVX this might help out they seem to work on heavy boats.
I am amazed no one else has chimed in here.

I have tried 3 different types of snoot or droop snoot. The one I like best is the Berkeley. Also the Place Diverter fits best in the Berk (no binding, no up and down play. And I think the Berkeley looks the best. It is a well made unit.

I have not tried the AT droop snoot. My advice, save yourself time, and trouble, go Berkeley.
