Looking for a Steering Tube

Does anyone have one of these steering tubes laying around that they would like to part ways with ?
It does not have to be for a droop snoot setup just a standard 6" to 9" long steering tube.

31270 Swivel Steering Tube Assy- $69.80
Nylon Swivel Ball-Mounted between Stainless Plates allows the Steering tube far greater rotation angle.
