Some reason there was no access to the thread when trying to get in.

alright...JESUS, after watching this fawkin thing for a long time I figured it out.........
when the set of heads on the left lifts up...it picks up part of the head of the first guy on the left....and when the heads on the right slide over...they only slide to the second man. So, it is the first guy on the left that is the extra man..or something like that. :D
