Are there any other places to look for jet boats other than ebay, and ***boats classified. I'm looking for old school jet 70's preferably middle U.S.A.. I live in N/W AR. Just lost my Hawiian to a fire, started in my hay barn, took the toybox an everything in it. Need to stay in the $4-7,000.oo range. :frown:

I am posting this for a freind,,, he has a 18' sunkist tunnel hull for sale,, like the CP tunnels,,, it has a newley rebuilt berkely JG pump all new parts, B aluminum impeller, droop snoot and race nozzle, its has a 454 LS7 short block , forged Gm crank cut 10/10 ready to assemble, 7/16 dimple rods resized with new arp bolts, forged 12-1 GM Pistons, 781 Oval heads, 2.19-1.88 valves, heads need machining for valves, new roller springs, New10* retainers and locks, Harland sharp roller rockers, doug herbert roller cam 630 lift, billet timing set, moroso oil pump and rod, timing cover, valve covers, Weiand oval port tunnel ram, Harwood scoop, head studs, sfi balancer and flew plate, all parts are new and still in box, MSD 6al, MSD billet distributor,twisty headers, i am sure i am missing something,, I have pics upon request,, his loss your gain, its a nice boat, he just doesnt have time to put it all back together and quite honestly,, he just lost interest!!!!!!$4000.00 firm,,, Call Jeff @ 361-227-1933 or email me @ Kblair@hotmail.com for pics or questions

I would let my boat go for $6000. It is located in Houston, TX. This boat appears in the July issue of ***boat on page 84
1976 Omega bubble deck. Yellow and charcoal gray with copper pearl essence on the charcoal metallic. New interior last year. Yellow and charcoal gray colormatched to the boat. New wood floor and seat frames....the whole 9 yards. New gas tanks are 2 years old. Freshly jet hot coated headers, chrome everywhere, jethot coated intake manifold. New holley 750dp with 1 season on it. Long story short this is a clean ready to go boat. I will even throw in 2 ski jackets (one xl and one small) a ski tube, tube rope, 4 orange throw down life jackets, throwable cushion, everything you need but gas.
You may be asking yourself why I would get rid of this ride......no there is nothing wrong with it. I have been working 60hr weeks since February with no immediate end in sight. I have used the boat twice this year. It pains me to see it sit and not go to good use. Many on this board have seen this boat and can testify to its cleanliness (you could eat off the engine). It runs strong too. 5300-5400rpm on the big end. BBF 472ci.....according to the pump charts making somewhere in the neighborhood of 475hp
The boat and trailer have current tags (I just got the tags in for the boat this week) I have a lot of blood sweat and $$$$ invested in this thing. I hate to see it sit. It belongs on the water.

Where's the sandbar? I can't assemble anything lost all tools in the fire. It got so hot the temper is gone. The boat is a puddle of alluim. on the cement slab, and a hunk of motor in a twisted trailer frame. I'm wanting something with thru the transom exhaust. Got grand-kids and dogs

The boat originally came with thru transom exhaust. Just so happens the tips are actually still in the hull. All you need to swap it back is some logs or a set of thru transom headers. You could sell the jet hot coated OT headers for a pretty penny and probably come out $$$$ ahead after buying a set of cheap logs.

Omega you make it hard to stick with thru the tran and a motorcover, nice boat Hustons not too far.
It could be your boat.....:) And you are right Houston is not that far away. This boat is cherry. If it is any consolation.......the jethot headers cool down much faster than the chrome ones. They are cool to the touch in a few minutes after shutdown. They are water injected too.

Just to clear the water, the jet hot coated headers are currently on the boat and the new owner would have the option to pull them and sell them. I sold my logs long ago.....

I have a Sunkist Gullwing for sale. The hull is a 1980, the pump is one summer old and was completely done by jack mcclure. Stainless impeller, diverter, bowl stuffer, inducer, FTN nozzle, all the good stuff. New rail kit and motor plates all polished and powder coated. Auto meter gauges, imco stainless fuel tanks. The boat is rigged for a big block chevy.
$7000 less motor or best offer. I have another boat already in the driveway. I need to sell this one.

The boat was color sanded and buffed last month.
At lake ming the boat ran 103 mph at 9.75et.

19' and no it does not have full length stringers. the hull is pretty stout though. See the first pic with 2,000# + of cargo. The boat took it in stride.
