So I put this big fancy V-twin motor in my golf cart cause the stock one wasn't powerful enough. Heres a video of the shakedown run. I have the governor set real low to keep the rpms down till the motor is broke in but it still moves pretty good.

You could have put the lights on retard. Or maybe let the girly bounce around in it for us on cam :D .

The lights were disconnected. Plus I wanted to be in stealth mode. :rollside:

Here you go. Its a 23hp Briggs and Stratton Vanguard. I'm sure your wondering why I didn't jump on the bandwagon and get a Rhino. Well lets just say that I can't afford it. A stock Rhino cost double what I have in this. Of course I'd have to have all the cool shit too so then I would be in it for like $15k. Hell maybe more. Why? I just use this thing to play around out in the desert at the river. I drive it to the grocery and liquer stores to. More than serves my perpose and it is really fun to drive.
Now......If Honda really comes out with one that blows doors then I may partake.

You rock! Glad to see someone else around here knows how to use some tools.
Well I am a mechanic and have been for quite some time. The install was actually a lot easier and a lot more fun than I had expected.. I like it cause its different. Its not all blinged out like the Rhinos but we have a blast on it and thats all that matters. Hell it may shock some people at what in can do in the dirt.

Aint this what "hot roddin" is all about?? anyone can go out and order somthing, but "Hot roddin" it yourself is what makes it cool! Same as Hot rod , Hot boat.. I think building it yourself counts for alot more than being able to say "I'll take the blue one"

me and my youngest boy need a project
me and my oldest boy are building a 383 for his car next week
so I need to do a project with my youngest boy and he wants a cart to drive
at grampas house
