just wanted to share with you what i have been up to. i have converted my trailer toungue to a swing away/removable toungue. it was a lot of work but it was worth it now that its done.. just some finish up welding left to do. i used 1/2" plate and 3X3" x 1/4" wall box tube for the swing arm.

looks good,,just a little filler, primer and paint,and it will look like its always been there

thanks! it was a lot of work! dont think i wanna fab anything out of 1/2" plate again... sheesh. yeah a little bondo and some paint and a lot more! :devil:

You saved yourself $300 but that is a lot of time to fab everything. Looks good though

I wanted to get a Pivot Hitch, but they were redoing the website, and I could not get in touch with them.
I wish I could have because this new design looks evev better.
