yeah, there was a guy who showed up last year and everyone started picking on him, he said something wrong and everyone tackled him and beat the living shit out of him all the while yelling (gay ass whacker). lol

Just come on down, you will see how chill it is, everyone is just there to have a good time.
The cove is going to be PACKED though, especially with the reservations being fully booked and all the people planning on coming down...there will be no parking.

Did not see any whackers last year though.

I'm very seriously considering making a day trip out of it on Saturday. Drive to park Moabi, put in and go North. If I leave Vegas around 9, that puts me in the water around noon.
I assume you mention 12:00 as that's when the water is the highest? If so, when does it start going back down?

The water wont come back down till early morning.
It starts to come back up around 10:00am or so.

So after 12, there is no worries? I only draft about a foot when running, but about 2 when stopped.

But I'm a little deeper than that in my "classic" boat. :D

Like any river there is bound to be shallow areas.
You got a svt so i assume you know how to drive that bad boy, and navagate shallow areas.
My liberator drafts more than that.
No worries, just get out there
