I am starting to look into a two speed for my Dodge 3/4 deisel. Needs to be overdrive.
Any one with any ideas?

I had a gear vendors in one of my crew cabs, back when we raced all over the country. Everyone drove that truck hard, towing and never had a failure with it. The newer ones are bigger and tougher. I would go with one of those before I tried to use a two speed rear end.
That truck is on the third owner since I sold it with 152,000 miles and the gear vendors is still working. I think it has about 250,000 plus on it.

Yep, they are hard to beat!..Next year, I plan on restoring my dually and that is one item that will be going in it for sure!!..... :cool:
