here is my fuel system, gonna put the nos on this week! running two mallory comp 140's with return style reg's (do not try the dead heads) used check valves on the down stream side of each regulator to T then one line to the carb i'll turn on both pumps when i'm gonna hit the nos if i have a pump failure the second pump will take the slack and plus it's good to have two pumps when your running elec. .......and pics are always cool.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v695/doghog/000_0312.jpg

real simple, from the filter to the suction side of the pump, discharge to regulator, through the check, then to the T. Second pump, from the filter to the suction side of pump, disch. to regulator, through the check and then to the same T and one line to carb. aahhaaa ;)

looks like alot of work the way you have it. Why not just go pump-filter-carb-bypass then back?
Seems like it would be better to have it run in a circle rather than the way you have it leeching over to the carb.

it was a lotta work! but the comp 140's have to have a regulator and it's not leeching it's a straight shot to the carb from the regulator and excess fuel returns back to each tank (return style regulators) also the filter goes before the pump.

so where is the return line? Bottom of the regulator?
And are those regulators before the carb or after? Look like before to me.

yes, the return is off the bottom of each regulator i skimped and went with rubber hose since you can't see it with the panel in place, anyways you set your psi at say 7# and anything over that goes back to the tanks through the return port on the regulator.the regulators are before the carb.
