We bought our second Lavey this year. We saw yours being built while ours was. I am quite sure that the 26 mold isn't as busy as the prowler mold thought! On duty right now and the CD drive is down on the computer so I can't put up any pictures. 26 NuEra closed bow, white with burgundy/dark red flames. Looks almost the same as our old 21.

What month did you buy yours?

We bought the last day of the LA Boat show. Took delivery about 2 1/2 months maybe 3 later. I know you have had a few issues on your boat, but I hope it does not change your thoughts on Laveycraft. We were fortunate enough to buy 2 new boats in 2 years and both were Laveys. We went from manufacturer to manufacturer as we researched for our first boat and met many great people at Ultra, Essex and Eliminator, but we felt the most comfortable and happy with Laveycraft. Our second boat did get pushed back about 1 week I think, then I was on duty for 4 days straight so I guess it ended up about 2 weeks after originally planned. But that was fine with us. We knew we were getting the boat we wanted and Chris and Jeff put alot of effort into it. I remember seeing yours out of the mold plane white and wondering what the owner was thinking, but after seeing the paint, you ended up with a sweet boat! The only thing I regretted was not going with a 525 instead of the HO, but my wife is still buying purses and shoes on this deal! I really hope your boat gets done ASAP and it exceeds your expectations. The guys and Shauna at Lavey are top notch and If I could ever afford another new one and the purses and shoes for the wife, I'd be back in again. Good Luck.

We bought our Lavey in May. Hey, wonderboy we went heads up like Maverick and Goose against a mig28 (TopGun) on Monday just North of the sandbar (you were going south). The boat looks nice. Did you happen to test your boat in the four foot swells on the lake on Tuesday?

My new Lavey (as announced in an earlier thread) was to be delivered next Saturday Aug 20th. Seller had my down payment and all details were arranged on the 2000 21xtc and I get this in an e-mail this morning....and not a phone call...
"I have some bad news. My family has decided not to sell the boat. I am very sorry for all of your time I have wasted. This is something I did not see coming and did not plan. I put your check in the mail (express) tonight. Again I'm very sorry."
What a way to end a week, I even had the garage scoped to be extended to 35' for home storage.. Oh well, back to the market and maybe time to rethink with gas prices anyway :yuk:  :yuk:

You and I went heads up? That would be funny. We left Monday evening so I didn't run it Tuesday. Sounds like it was pretty rough! Post a bigger pic of your boat so I can see it.
