Anybody use this device on their trailer? I have been using it for several years now I am sure it has prevented attempts to drive off with my boat.

I've got something similar made by Masterlock. Nobody is going to get that thing off my trailer.

well..... interesting. Luckily I keep mine in a prison of a storage place. Cameras everywhere, to families on site. Razor wire etc.

took me about 3 minutes to cut it off with a 18v reciprocating saw and a metal blade. It's still a great deterant though

i was a repo man for 5 years and that stuff there only keeps honest people honest. i don't care what you have for security there is always a way around it. even with your security yard. that is very simple to take care of. as a repo man and it's on private property, legaly all i would have to do is rent a space to get my vehicle and there is nothing anyone could do. im sure a theif can rent a space and take whatever he wants. just remember there is NO full proof security method!!!

Yep - and if the thief has a rollback tongue locks or chains through the wheel or even taking one wheel off has no effect.... It'll still slide it right up on there and be gone in just a few short minutes.

I guess I need to start thinking like a thief instead of an honest guy or have one of these stand guard on the trailer.
