I still have not gotten my hands on the rest of the sizes but should tonight. That is if I feel like driving 2 hours in rush hour traffic.
But anyway here are the pics of what I have.
-6 Straight compression 37 degree hose end.

-6 45 degree Swivel compression 37 degree hose end.

-6 90 degree Swivel compression 37 degree hose end.

-6 180 degree Swivel compression 37 degree hose end.

These hose ends were made for the Euro market. They take the same hose and fit the same AN flared fittings as any other hose. But they take a metric wrench due to being Euro. I myself use an adjustable wrench on my AN stuff anyway so to me it's no big deal.
In a few weeks I should have the real product and it won't be metric but will cost more.
Here's the best part of these Euro fittings.
-6 straight $3.00
-6 Swivel 45 $7.82
-6 Swivel 90 $7.82
-6 Swivel 180 $8.90

I also have a lot of used stuff and new bin scuffed stuff. I pretty much have all sizes and styles.
Here is a small sample. It's mostly Earls but there is some Russel and Aeroquip. Sorry, no XRP.

Very nice Dave. I want to start doing the lines in my boat all SS. But I dont know what type of fittings I need. How do I find out if everything is just hose now?

All you really need to do is start with one hose. Most typically attach to your engine or header or whatever with a screwed in hose nipple. Remove that nipple and get an AN adapter fitting like this to screw into the hole the nipple was in. Then the hose will attach to this with an AN hose fitting.

Order the size braided line that matches your rubber hose. An easy way to figure the ~size hose you need is this; if its a 1/2" rubber hose you'll need a -8 braided. Basically take the AN number over 16 and that's the size you can use.
8/16 = 1/2 hose :D
Check out this page and it will give you an idea of whats available.

Be forwarned :D , the more the bend in the fitting the more it costs eek! A straight fitting is cheapest, then 45 degrees, 90 degrees etc get more expensive. But try and run the 90 degree hose end as opposed to a 90 adapter and a straight hose end. There's less restriction with the 90 degree hose end, but it's more money.
The prices listed by superdave are pretty good!

The prices listed by superdave a pretty good! That's some good info Craig.
I admit that the fittings I have now are Euro and you will have to use an adjustable or metric wrench. I will have the standard ones in a few weeks. I will still be able to beat others prices but these Euros are a steal and will work just as well.
Looking at the site you posted above a -6 swivel 90 goes for 15.99. My price is 7.82! eek!

Well I have to admit, after a long conversation with Dave over the phone he has me convinced on trying these fittings out, with some very crediable points; cost, color options...and again...cost.
I will get my sample next week and I will be sure to update everyone on my thoughts as well. You have to admit, whether 1 out 5 are junk or not...that price still keeps them affordable and worth buying.
Plan on seeing these fittings on our shelves over here as well real soon, and definitely at an affordable price.
Thanks Dave for all of your hard-work in finding them. It's about time someone brought an affordable fitting back to the budget racer.

Ty, If for any reason you happen to find a bad one just tell me and I'll replace it no questions asked. These guys are fired up about these and will stand behind their products.
I will get yours out UPS first thing tomorrow.
I'm telling you people that you should hop on these Euros. When they are gone they are gone. The standard ones will cost more but will still be a good deal. But man, these Euros are a SMOKIN deal.
Give me a day and I'll posts a link to a PDF with all the prices.

Sellout Dave -
Do you have the euros in any colors besides red/blue??

superdave013
10-02-2003, 02:47 PM
Super Sell Out Mike,
No, only the Red and Blue.
And when we get the other batch it will be in two finishes.
They will both be red & blue. But one will be a polished red & blue that's nice and shiny. The other will be like what's posted above. It's a sand blasted type of finish. What they are telling me is that's the Marine finish. It will not fade as bad so they say. We'll see as I have one sitting out in the sun right now. It will bake in the So Cal sunshine every day to see how it holds up. I'll let everyone know how it does.
We will be doing someother really cool colors but right now we have to crawl before we try to run.
