It is bar none one of the fastest stock cars I have ever driven. :crossx:

My cousin's business partners bought him one for Christmas. Took it for a spin the other day and HOLY SHIT!!!! That car is bad ass. Never got out of 3rd gear and was well over 100 mph, just cruising. I could get in trouble with a car like that. :D :D :D

You really have to drive one to know what it feels like. :220v:
It has a redline of 7,000 and gearing that lets you get to 65mph in first and 125 in third.(It was hard to keep from shortshifting at 6500 because that is what I am used to)
Basicly the car is way way to fast unless you have worked your way up the performance car ladder.The 02-04 Z06 is fast for a stock car and the newest generation Z06 makes that car feel slow!!(You could still drive it daily)
My car makes about 20 more HP/TQ but weighs about 100lb more and honestly it would be a drivers race.(My car is good for 11.3@123+ in the 1/4)

nope no bottle, Full roller ALL ALU, 347, I run it as I drive it, I don't change anything "not even tires" thinking of going back to the track soon while the air is cold, and see if I can get lucky enough for a 11.9999999999 :)

I think 800 will be tough for the LS7 because of it's compression ratio.
Not to mention forging a motor that cost 15-20K is spensive.
If I was going all out I would prob do a standard C6 with a Forged Low Compression 402 LS2 with Twins.
Aloooooot cheaper.
It would be pimp to have one of the first turboed Z06's but I think it would nd up being a pricey endeavor.(Cool thing about the car is how fast/reliable it is stock)

heres a pic of my year 2004 Z06. i gps'd 176 mph with it back when it was bone stock and only had 1,100 miles on the odometer. eventually i will sell it and buy the new C6 Z06 that has the 427. supposedly the new C6 ZO6 does 198 mph. with intake and exhaust mods it should bust 200 mph. i have included 2 pix here of my vette and 1 of my gps at speed inside the car. we blasted out 3 runs in excess of 170 mph on the I-8 freeway in arizona. my buddy got the 176 mph run on video. wish i new how to post pix up here? i would luv to post the vid on the net some day.

My vette was down at the shop and this guy heard about it and was makeing offers ( i turned down!) he went out within the week and plopped down $225K (cash) on one of them ferds and came by to show it off and the mechs drove it and then the mechs took him for a drive in the vette and after all he could do was shake his head I LOVE IT!
