I just got off the phone with a fellow v driver. He says if you like yo prop don't go north of Avi. He says he knows the river very well and still munched a brand new V Drive Tom prop all up. :(
So now ya know.

Dang, who was the one that muched it up? I munched up a Braaksma prop last year too. :frown:

It was I. They were running 4 units...usually thats enough...Ive grown up on this river.. With the river dropping so low and fluxuating it has created sand bars that were not there... I launched from Rotary park in Bullhead and went north towards casinos Got very low near boyscout camp around bend... Was not under power when scraped...prop wasnt as bad as i thought...little filing and grinding...nothing bent no vibes...all as im am saying is be careful.. I grew up on this river...And in the last year I haved scraped twice in areas that were always clear....John...

Well I useto know it very well...guess thats not the case anymore...too much water fluxuating has caused spots to elevate...John

Maybe no relation...but the water is pretty low for a Friday today on the Parker strip...

Not at 7 you can't. The water has been real low all week, I think the Avi does it to sell more beer in the mornings. I wouldn't even try it in my jet.
