I've got a friend who needs to sell his condo to get into a home. It's a 2 bed 2.5 bath, 1205 Sqft. 2 car garage with a driveway in Anaheim Hills in the Monoco development. It has pergo floors, good carpet, and a patio. Asking price is $475,000.00. That is about 10-12k below market price for a quick sale. The home is only avaliable thru me as a exclusive listing. Thats a great deal for your friend because the price reduction is way less than a normal commission that he isn't even paying.
