Apartment Needed in OC

I'll be doing all of the normal looking on web sites and driving around this week, but figured I'd hit up the ***boat family first. My girlfriend is looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment to rent beginning in September in Orange County. She has a small dog so pets need to be accepted. I know a lot of you on here have investment properties and that's one of the reasons I thought I put this thread up. If anyone has one of knows of one please let me know. I put a sign up out front and got a call last night, but nothing for sure yet. Hopefully I get something soon, The old tenants are almost completely out now. have to get the carpets cleaned then its ready for me to move in. :D

If I dont get any room mates we wont be neghbors for long...But its a bitchen house so Im not too worried about it. Every time it has been vacant it usually rents within a week. :rollside:

unfortunatley I am a generous person..and I let a family member borrow my savings account because they were in trouble....thats why I have been tight on funds the last few months...Im gettin a raise tommorow...but I really want to leave this company..and start doing mortgages, but I have to sell the boat to do that... :(

wait until you run into me at the river with them...it will definitely be a change in scenery. instead of empty beer cans in the boat it will be Mc Donalds wrappers and empty juice boxes :)
And instead of doing 90 everywhere, we will be doing about 25 towing a tube all wwekend :) Those are the weekends you never forget :wink:

I know...but the test was to see all the B.S and clowning...and I took it all now problem laughing..so my treat was to drink some hefenweizen!!! :D I must say though..I have cut it down alot...and damn proud! ;)
