Maybe this is the fastest way to find out the firing order on a big block chevy?Number one is front right if you are looking at the motor from the water pump side. With the hood up on my Camaro looking at the motor from the front I need to know the firing order and where #2,3,4,5,6,7and 8 pistons are.Thanks.

I believe it's the same crank just a different cam lobe positions.
We were going to try to do this w/ my new cam but Crane would only do this w/ new roller cam :( . I am running a solid lifter.

MIKE,
THE LATE MODEL BBC HAS A 4, SWAP THE CRANKE IS THE SAME. IT'S EASIER ON THE CRANK A LITTLE MORE POWER. IT'S BEEN DONE FORE YEARS IN DRAG ENGINES :)
