Ain't it great :hammerhea Rumour is thats why they let Roosevelt fill and stay pretty full. So they can refill Apache and Canyon pretty quick after the works done.

It would make a hell of a lot more sense to do Canyon first, then refill that little lake with the water they are going to release from Apache, so Roosevelt only supplies a refill 1 time. They do a great job of conserving, idiots.

There have been concerns about the Horse Mesa dam for a while, I think they are kinda in a hurry to take a look at it :eek:
