Shop space?

Looking to move my shop from Santa Ana to the Norco/ Corona area.
Anyone know of a empty shop bldg. around 1000 to 1200 sq.ft.?
Would also consider sub leasing. But I make molds for motorcycle and atv seat cushions and create alot of dust.
I have contacted all the leasing agents that I know in the area and the smallest I can find is 2500 sq. ft. Much to large!

Julie, Amy`s sister and her Hubby for sure, dont know who else.
We are staying home this weekend.
Negative on the labor day thing, we have been on the big weekends before and their is just to many boats on the water. Too much traffic getting home is the killer though!
