My guess would be an AB. Don't think it matters what distance, does it??
edited to be more specific: AB Berk cut w/ good race detail.

Is this a trick question?
The size that doesn't spin 6801 rpm.
Sorry in advance for the bad humor. :hammer2:

How about one of them newfangled titanium A/C impellers with pivoting hemispherical vanes and automatic load-adjusted pitch...with the optional spaceage nanoparticulate ceramic impregnated wear ring? Bolt on deal, isn't it?
Oughtta help you break the current tunnel boat jump record.

Mike, if your asking for a friend, you know we need to know the curve of the power for the motor, not just the peak number. If you don't have dyno sheets, at least throw in the CI, CR, and some cam specifics so we can get a feel for the motor. Why you ask? We need to see where the motor makes the power, not just how much it makes. No sense dialing in a setup to spin 6800RPM to get a peak number if the difference in HP between 6200 and 6800 is 50hp or so ;)
I'd venture to guess that a "properly detailed and fully loaded stainless A" would be a good place to start. You might want to call over to MPD/DNE and see what Marty was runnin in the limo before he got the placecraft. The HP is similar to what you are looking at, and since the weight of the boat and engine block is irrelevant to the impeller so long as it is loaded, that should get you close for a starting point.
If the subject of this excercise can't round up a "loaner" A, and has to buy new, have him buy the AA, then start testing, whittle it down until he is happy with peformance. You know the drill on this so I'm assuming this is just another version of the "riddle me this" thread :)
